Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Bebrin received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of Connecticut. He later received orthodontic specialty certificates from the Harvard and Forsyth Orthodontic Departments. He also has a Doctorate of Medical Science in oral biology from the Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Gwendolyn Cugine graduated from New York University, where she was awarded a Presidential Scholarship. After receiving her D.M.D. degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1993, she completed her Master’s degree in Health Policy at Harvard’s JFK School of Government.

Dr. Sahar received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University in 2017. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital, where she had the privilege of treating special-needs and medically complex patients.

• Graduated with distinction from Georgetown Dental School 1975
• Followed up with a 9 month rotation in oral surgery at D.C General hospital 
• Advanced education in Orthodontics for practicing dentists at Chicago Dental Institute (2.5 years)
• Owned private general dentistry practice with Brother and father from 1975-2008
